Drink Water for Good Health


Drinking about 3-4 litres of water daily is considered vital for a healthy body. Drinking water raises your metabolism because it helps in digestionFiber and water goes hand in hand so that you can have your daily bowel movement

Further, it reduces hunger, being an effective appetite suppressant. It has zero calories. Drinking water helps you lose weight because it flushes down the by-products of fat breakdown. 

Clinical studies suggest that drinking appropriate amount of water may reduce the risks of bladder and colon cancer. It is because, water dilutes the concentration of carcinogens (cancer causing agents) in the urine and shortens the time in which they are in contact with bladder lining.

Also, drinking water makes skin glowing and healthy. Water helps to replenish skin tissues, hydrates and moisturizes skin and hence, improves skin elasticity.
